Important Message about Service Disconnections and Late Fee Moratorium

On July 2nd, 2021, Governor Inslee announced that the moratorium on utility disconnections and late fees will be ending September 30th, 2021.    The Governor’s office message is clear that this is the last extension.  This means that lock-offs, late fees and liens will begin immediately.

North Beach Water District recognizes the many challenges our residents have faced during the pandemic.  If you are unable to remit full payment due to loss of, or reduced income associated with the pandemic, we have payment plan options.    Please see our payment plan options below.

If you are behind in paying your water bill your immediate attention to this issue is requested.  Any payment made toward your outstanding balance will reduce the risk of future late fees and possible termination of service.

If you have any questions, please contact North Beach Water District at (360) 665-4144 Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:15 pm.

Payment Plan Options

  • Account balance between $150.00 to $200.00 – Four (4) equal monthly payments plus your regular monthly water bill.
  • Account balance greater than $200 – Six (6) equal monthly payments plus your regular monthly water bill.

No late penalties will be assessed on the outstanding balance provided that all payments are made on time and in accordance with the agreement.

Customers will be eligible for the installment agreement provided that the agreement is in writing and signed by the customer, approved by the general manager, and arrangements were made for the installment agreement prior to lock-off for nonpayment.
