Job Description

Application

North Beach Water District is accepting applications for a full time Water Service Worker I.  Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid divers license with not more than 2 moving violations in the last three years, and no DUI in the last 5 years.  Must have or be able to obtain within three months of employment a valid Washington State Traffic Control Flagger card and a CPR First Aid card.  Knowledge of excavation safety, water utility tools and equipment and office computer systems a plus.  Must be able to perform physical labor in outdoor environment, including inclement weather.  Applicant must pass drug screen and criminal background check.  Pay range is $11.73 – $16.78 per hr. DOE.  Benefits include medical, dental, life, paid holidays/vacation, and state PERS retirement plan.  Applications will be accepted until position is filled.

BILLING CLERK NEEDED – Open until filled. Full Time with benefits after three months; $24,000 to $31,000 annually. Required Skills:  Operate PCs, business office machines and data entry terminals; deal tactfully and courteously with customer inquiries. Previous experience in customer service and/or bookkeeping, including the operation and use of relevant equipment or any combination of education and/or experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities; high school diploma or equivalent.
